This class is tailored around YOU and your skill set, if you want to better your footwork, nail your head movement or perfect your punching form, then this is the class for you.
This class is all about POWER. You will be smashing our pads to improve the power in your punches with our coaches teaching you to throw harder, faster and better and through explosive circuit work!
This class helps improve your overall fitness and strength through HIIT circuit work, allowing you to focus your energy on technique, form, power and becoming a better fighter.
This class is quick, challenging and sweaty! A quick warm up followed by 6 rounds of insanity on the bags, this class will PUSH you to the max.
This class combines, TECHNIQUE combinations, high- intensity bag work and some explosive circuit work to help you get that fighters physique.
