Whether to build muscle, lose fat or ensure you are taking optimum nutrition to help with your training, our Coaches and staff can help you. The following products are used extensively by our boxers and form part of their daily nutrition and pre and post training preparation.

ISOPURE Smoothie (Berry Pomegranate & Orange Peach) (S$10 per bottle, bar, S$54 for a pack of 6 bottles) Each serving provides 32g of protein. It is a rich source of alpha linolenic acid (260mg) and contains more than 7400mg of BCAAs. Lactose and aspartame free and comes in delicious yoghurt - like flavours – berry pomegranate and orange peach. Whey Protein Isolate is readily digested and absorbed for muscle repair and recuperation. It is especially rich in branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are crucial for muscle maintenance when one engages in physical training. Omega-3 fatty acids not only provide energy but can also relieve post-exercise muscle sore.
