Vanda Boxing Club has the largest female membership of any boxing club in Asia. Whether at our dedicated, three times a week female training sessions or in our multitude of mixed group sessions, Vanda Boxing Club has always catered for women who are interested in boxing for fitness or competition purposes. Our classes are aimed to meet the requirements of our female members, whether that be to develop fitness, strength, flexibility, weight loss or even compete in the White Collar Boxing events!
